North Star Vision
In RUSD, we are focused on our North Star Vision that all students will graduate career and/or college-ready. This vision aligns with our mission of “Educating Every Student to Succeed.”
Our North Star Vision focuses on the whole child. It aligns with the Board of Education’s Results Policies that establish expectations for all graduates to successfully demonstrate:

- Workplace skills
- Global citizenship
- Life skills
Key benchmarks related to academics, social/emotional and career/life skills at grade levels along the way are used to monitor student progress. In RUSD, our Vision, along with our Core Values, drives our work to ensure every student exceeds expectations!
