FEES AND REGISTRATION INFORMATION

You will need to register online and  have a physical form that is signed by your doctor on file at Gifford before you will be allowed to participate.  That physical is active for all 3 years of middle school.  

*Must be registered, physically signed and stamped, and all fees must be paid 5 days prior to first day of practice. NO EXCEPTIONS*

(This form only needs to be turned in once.  Physicals are kept on file until you move on to high school.)

                             

All oustanding fees must be paid in order to participate.  

$25.00 Participation Fee per sport (Waive-able if you already qualify for free or reduced lunch)

$10.00 Athletic Material Fee (Not Waive-able)

Girls Basketball- September 

Girls & Boys Cross Country - September 

Girls Volleyball - February/March 

Boys Basketball - January  

Boys Volleyball - November  

Girls and Boys Track and Field- April  

 

Basketball and Volleyball are sports you will need to try out for.  We have 2 teams that generally consist of 7th and 8th grade students.  A 6th grader can try out and make the team if there are not enough 7th and 8th graders.
 

Cross Country and Track and Field are  no cut sports.  Any student that signs up will participate in the meets. 

 

All teams will practice  Monday through Thursday 3:50-5:15.  You must be present at practice to ensure playing time.  If you will not be able to make it please talk with the coach ahead of time.
