PBIS
Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports (PBIS) is a proactive, consistent approach to school-wide discipline. Using the PBIS model, schools have seen dramatic reductions in disciplinary interventions and increases in academic achievement, giving educators more time to teach and students more time to learn. The vision for the Academies of Racine Horlick is to bring about changes in our school community in order to maximize opportunities for students to achieve academic, social and lifestyle skills competence.
