Mitchell School's emphasis is Science, Technology, Engineering, Allied Arts and Math (STEAM). STEAM is not an education program but an educational philosophy. The school's lessons and instructional efforts are centered around STEAM. Many projects and interactive learning opportunities are available throughout the school year.
