We hope your family is having a great summer! School will be starting Thursday, September 1. Now is the time to set your student up for a successful start to the year!

NEW Annual Registration

The first and most important step is the completion of the Annual Registration. This is an important new process required for all current students. It opens Wednesday, Aug.3 and closes Wednesday, Aug, 31. The Annual Registration is used to verify contact information, student health information and collect fees. 

Some users have reported that the Annual Registration process does not work as well when accessed through a mobile device. If you do not have access to a Chromebook, laptop or desktop computer, please visit the RUSD Welcome Center (3109 Mt. Pleasant St.), Monday - Thursday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. or contact Rebecca Estrada at 262.221.6479 to schedule an appointment to visit a Family Resource Center.

To access the registration, primary households (the household used to determine residency) will need to log into their Infinite Campus Parent Portal, select More on the side or from the menu and select Annual Registration. If you do not have an Infinite Campus Parent Portal or need assistance, please contact your student’s school or email

To complete the Annual Registration, you will be asked to review the following information: 

  • Household Information: address and phone numbers (If your primary address has changed, please bring proof of residency to the District office as soon as possible.)
  • Parent/Guardian Information: all phone numbers and email addresses
  • Student Information: health, medication information
  • Emergency Contact Information: names and phone numbers

Completing this Annual Registration will ensure you do not miss out on any important information, updates or events related to your child’s education. For convenient communications sent straight to your smartphone, sign up for our text alerts by sending a text message of “Y” or “Yes” to 67587. You will receive a confirmation text letting you know you have opted-in to district text messages.

Registration Fees:

The Textbook, Materials and Supplies fees for the 2022-23 school year have been added to Infinite Campus.  The annual fees for the 2022-23 school year are:

  • Grades 3K-4K - $25
  • Grades KG-5 - $45
  • Grades 6-12 - $65

Fees can be paid using the Infinite Campus Parent Portal anytime. The use of Infinite Campus to pay is strongly encouraged, however, fees can also be paid by cash or check in your school office. K-8 schools, middle schools and high schools are open year-round. Our K-5 schools will be open to accept payments August 10.

Please call your school office before you visit to make sure someone will be available to assist you. Please note, paying school fees does not “register” your child for school. 

School Lunch Accounts:

New this year, school lunch payments can be made through Infinite Campus Parent Portal. These funds can be used to purchase a la carte items or milk. Breakfast and lunch will continue to be provided at no charge thanks to the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) program.  

Alternate Household Income Application:

Want to see if your household is eligible to waive textbook and test fees, sports fees or receive scholarships? Fill out the Alternate Household Income Form and the Sharing Information with Other Programs Waiver. This must be done annually. Learn more here:

Affordable Connectivity Program:

Need help paying for high-speed internet? The Affordable Connectivity Program helps ensure households can afford the broadband they need for school, healthcare and more. Eligible families can receive a discount of up to $30 per month toward internet service and a discount of up to $100 to purchase a laptop, desktop or tablet.
