Students in the construction pathways program at Horlick High School are building a model tiny home for veterans in Racine.

Wisconsin is home to over 300,000 veterans. Data from the Housing Assistance Council shows that nearly 400 of those veterans are homeless.

A handful of students at Horlick High School are hoping to help combat that issue by building a tiny home for the veterans at the veteran village through Veterans Outreach of Wisconsin (VOW).
