The Racine Unified School District does not accept requests from outside organizations to distribute promotional materials to our students. However, if the organization can demonstrate that the program, service or event is beneficial to our staff or students’ education or well-being, requests will be considered for electronic distribution via the District’s website and/or newsletter.
Requests of this nature should be submitted electronically here.
Be sure to include the following:
- PDF copy of flyer or promotional material
- Brief, 2-3 sentence description of program, service or event to be included in newsletter
- All materials must include the following disclaimer: This is not a school-sponsored activity and the Racine Unified School District does not approve, support or endorse this program/activity.
- All materials must have a telephone number and website, if available, on them in order for parents to get further information.
Your request will receive a response within five business days.
