2023-2024  Fee Schedule

The Racine Unified School District Fee Schedule is established each year by the Chief Financial Officer for student and school related fees. Please click on the link above to view the current year’s fee schedule. All fines and fees will be added to your student’s account in Infinite Campus. Fees due can be viewed and paid on the Parent Portal.

Materials and Supplies fees for students in grades 3K-5 and Textbooks and Materials fees for students in grades 6-12 are assessed each year. All other district fees are added to your students account based on your child participating in Athletics, Band, Orchestra or certain classes at the middle and high school level.

Fines for lost or damaged property of Racine Unified School District such as library books, textbooks, technology, musical instruments, locks or IDs are assessed to the child responsible at cost. Technology, library books, textbooks or locks that are returned to Racine Unified School District in good condition will have the fine removed from the student’s account.

Certain fees assessed are subject to a waiver if the student is determined eligible due to economic status. Fines are not able to be waived.

How can I view my child’s fees?

You can view your child’s fees by signing in to the Parent Portal online or on your mobile device and selecting Fees on the left hand side of the screen.

How do I pay?

Payment is due at your earliest convenience. These fees can be paid in person at your child’s school with cash or check via the parent portal, or online with a credit card or eCheck at https://racine.revtrak.net. No processing fees apply!

All RUSD schools are participating in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) Program.  We are no longer required to collect the Free and Reduced Price Meal Application in order for your child to receive meals at no charge.  However, to determine if your household is eligible for additional benefits such as waiving student fees you may complete the 23-24 Alternate Household Income Form and Sharing Information with Other Programs Form.  These forms must be completed each year to establish eligibility and waive student fees.  Use this link to select and complete the current year forms and the Sharing Information with Other Programs form for previous years

Your student may not be able to participate in future school events if all fines and fees are not paid and/or waived.

If you have any questions in regard to library fines please contact your school librarian. All other fine and/or fee questions can be directed to the Finance Department at 262-631-7082 or by emailing studentfees@rusd.org.
