Sexual Assault, Consent, What to do if someone tells you they have been abused - October 7, 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.

This session at Mitchell will provide an overview of what sexual assault is and what consent looks like. It will also provide participants with ways to teach consent to children of all ages and how to respond if their child discloses that they have been sexually assaulted.

Signs of Sexual Abuse vs. Healthy Sexual Development - October 21, 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.

The presentation will be hosted at Mitchell and will go through the stages of healthy sexual development in children and compare them to signs of potential sexual abuse or grooming.

Academies of Racine Informational Meeting - October 28, 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.

Grooming, Human Trafficking, and Internet Safety - November 4, 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.

This session will provide an overview of grooming and human trafficking as well as warning signs that a child is being groomed. It will also provide participants with ways to keep their children safe while using the internet. This presentation will be held at Mitchell

Healthy Relationships and Healthy Boundaries - February 3, 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.

In this presentation, the differences between healthy and unhealthy relationships/boundaries will be discussed. It will be held at Mitchell and will provide participants with red flags of unhealthy relationships and how technology can be used against victims of domestic violence.
