Vision Statement

Students will be productive citizens in an inclusive society where individual differences are valued and quality of life is enriched through successful learning opportunities.

Working Together

RUSD is dedicated to identifying all children who need special education services who live within the District's boundaries. Through the Individualized Education Program (IEP) process, the student’s special education team works together with the family to ensure the child receives the necessary special education services.

Have a Question or Concern?

If you have a question or concern regarding your child who is currently receiving special education services through RUSD, please contact your child's school or the RUSD special education department at (262) 631-7151.

Information for families whose student is not currently receiving special education services through RUSD is found on this website. Please contact your child's school if you have any questions or concerns about the academic or developmental progress of your student.

By working together we can ensure that our students receive the special education services they need.
