Early Literacy
Seventy-five (75) percent of early elementary school students (Pre-Kindergarten – 3 rd Grade) will attain an early literacy proficiency level, as defined by the RUSD Early Literacy Framework, with RUSD outperforming the five largest school districts in Wisconsin as measured by the percentage of 3 rd graders proficient on the English Language Arts exam per Wisconsin Forward Exam.
