The Racine Unified School District has received $20,000 to help support school-based mental health programming.
The generous grant was made from the Catharine B. Stayer Charitable Fund to help Access for All, a program that offers financial assistance to RUSD families seeking mental health services in the district’s school-based mental health clinics. The money can help offset costs for families with high-deductible insurance plans.
RUSD currently has nine school-based mental health clinics.
