Safety Patrol

All 4th and 5th grade North Park students are invited to join the safety patrol through teacher recommendation and with parent approval. Each year, 18-25 students are selected. Serving on the patrol provides an excellent opportunity for students to practice safety skills, develop leadership and responsibility, experience good citizenship and serve as a role model for other students. Patrol members are responsible for ensuring safe movement in and around the school, being reliable and diligent witnesses, raising the American flag and helping to solve problems. For their dedicated hard work, patrol members enjoy some great perks including get-togethers and an annual end-of-year celebration.
