RUSD is committed to providing special education services that students are entitled to through their IEPs.

We know this year will bring many unknowns with the effects of COVID-19. Teaching and learning will look different, but we are committed to ensuring that all students are getting what they need. All IEPs will be reviewed by the IEP case manager and any additional service providers to ensure that students’ IEPs can be implemented in any learning environment (remote, hybrid or in person).

If you have questions regarding your child’s IEP or services provided for the 2020-2021 school year, please contact your building principal or your child’s IEP case manager. You may also reach out to the Special Education department at (262) 631-7151 and we can forward your question accordingly.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate this unprecedented time. We are committed to ensuring that your child has access to the services they need and deserve. We look forward to seeing our students back to school no matter what the classroom may look like!
