We ask that all guests complete a waiver of liability before taking part in any class or open swim.
All forms will be kept on file for the calendar year, and guests will be asked to complete a new form each year.
You may complete the form and bring it with you prior to swimming, or you can email your completed form to RUSDAquaticCenter@rusd.org.
