All reservations must be approved by the Aquatic Facilities Director. Completing an application does not guarantee availability. You will be contacted via phone or email to confirm the application approval.
To make a reservation for a birthday party, please complete a Birthday Party Application. (En español) You can return your completed application by dropping it off at the membership desk and paying the reservation deposit at that time.
Alternatively, you can email your completed application to rusdaquaticcenter@rusd.org and call 262- 619-4670 to make the payment reservation deposit over the telephone using a credit card.
All parties require a $50 deposit to guarantee the reservation. Full payment is required on the event day. Please make all reservations at least 2 weeks prior to the party. Cancellations must be received at least 4 business days prior to the event in order for the deposit to be refunded. A minimum of 1 adult must accompany every 10 children.
The RUSD Aquatic Center does not provide food or drink. You are responsible for bringing in your own food, refreshments, table decorations, cups and cutlery. Come in for a tour and see what we can offer.
