The Peer Mediators at J-A are comprised of 18 4th and 5th-grade students; picked by staff members. These students are in good academic standing and are well-liked by their peers. All mediators have been trained in conflict resolution during intense training over the summer. Currently, all mediators are working during the primary lunch and recess.
