IB Leaders are 4th and 5th grade students chosen to fill leadership roles at Jefferson Lighthouse. The students are elected by the school staff and are nominated by their peers. We have IB Ambassadors and Peer Mediators in our building. Ambassadors lead the school in areas of our IB Primary Years Programme. Mediators are trained to participate in and promote conflict resolution sessions with our student body.
