Students in 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th grades are eligible to be a part of Jefferson Lighthouse's Suzuki Strings program. Students in Suzuki Strings pick out a string instrument to play. They are then taught how to play it during lessons offered before, during and after school. The key part of Suzuki Strings is family involvement. Families are expected to be at their student's practices.
